- brabel 11mo agoMy favorite was Is it time to rewrite sudo in Zig. As you may remember Ubuntu had a recent vulnerability caused by their sudo being rewritten in Rust. No idea if the AI knew that though it feels like a clever joke.

- elevation 11mo agoFor a minute I thought I was looking at actual hacker news, and that headline grabbed my attention without tipping me off that it was satire -- I figured that to port that much source must required compiling C to rust, but it didn't seem impossible. I would love to give something like this a spin.
