This is bullshit. Todo lists are the most basic form of a tool for triaging and prioritizing your work. They are a minified, single-threaded version of issue/bug-tracking systems. If you don't need a todo list (or an issue tracker) to remember all the details of what must get done, you're either superhuman, or you're not working on a hard enough problem.
