- mytailorisrich 11mo agoTax avoidance is minimising tax the legal way, so nothing to see here, especially since this inventive scheme seems indeed perfectly legal if properly structured.
- bell-cot 11mo agoAn interesting yarn, though the "most brazen" bit is hype. The obvious fixes might require competent lawmakers and regulators, so don't hold your breath. (From a quick search, the UK tried land value taxes about a century ago - it didn't end well.)
