Link formatting suggestion: I found the sentences broken by line breaks for links difficult to read (and it discouraged me from starting, because it looked like jumbled nonsense when I skimmed). Instead of a separate paragraph, just putting links in parentheses seems to work well; or even just as-is, because the auto-underlining highlights them. But it would be helpful to have a line break to separate your cover letter from the FAQ itself. Something like: --- [FAQ goes here]
