“...I did discover examples of embarrassing behavior that I find inappropriate for Kixeye or any other work environment." I don't like that he leads with the word "embarassing". It suggests a focus on how this makes Kixeye look. I would have liked to've seen a word like "horrifying", "unconsciounable", or "evil" in it's place.
