If they want their reputation staked on it's output that's on them. The results are already in and they're not pretty. I just personally think it's absurd to spend trillions of dollars and watts to create an advanced spell checker. Even more so to see this as a "revolution" of any sort or to not expect a new AI-winter once this bubble pops.
