Anthropic settled, why doesn’t OpenAI do so? They have more money right?
- testfrequency 11mo agoThey are stubborn and have a lot more legal baggage than Anthropic does. Settling admits guilt…and OAI has a lot of overdue guilt they will dodge until the current admins don’t protect them anymore.
- phainopepla2 11mo agoSettling does not admit guilt, legally speaking
