Having been shafted in three housing boom cycles, I'm somewhat eagerly awaiting the crash this time so I can buy something at a discount.
- jacquesm 11mo agoThat's one way of looking at it. In a crisis when you're on the buying side it can benefit you, but there will always be someone holding the bag on the other side of that deal.
