But I admit, recently I've been worrying about one big-tech company in my portfolio that skyrocketed recently. Predicting future is a fools hasn't, but if a crash is to happen, I hope it waits till the next year, because for tax reasons I don't want to take profits this year...
- AnimalMuppet 11mo agoI've been in that position. And the stock went down two days after I decided to wait for next year, and the profits were only half as much. When money is growing on trees, pick it and pay the taxes.
