    ... which is pretty weak sauce. And legally moot; there is no "undreamt-of" protection in Black's Law Dictionary that I'm aware of.

    That's the risk of using open licenses. You don't get to restrict much. It's ok to be outraged and to project norms or organize against it in various ways. But contractually it was consensual
