What is your ratio of repeat to first-time customers?
What's your customer lifetime value?
- pearkes 14y agoI serve university students. They stick around for an average of 4 years (no surprise there). They're mostly repeat customers, but of course I get a surge of freshmen every year. I love freshmen!
