  Given recent results of democratic elections across most western world, decency seems to be overrated. Maybe you were voting against such change, but look where we are. Its not just US or just parts of Europe. I don't have a solution, but to change people one has to start where masses are and how they thing and especially how they feel. Facts seem to be overrated too.

    My answer was in relation to the casualness of the dude affirming that murdering unarmed refugees at borders is anything but "the end of civilization", I was not trying to debate the likelihood of it happening.
