They’ve drank all the kool aid about AI and the execs have been taking the $AI board stinks up the moon to push AI down your throats. Then they are using fear and lack of transparency on decisions to get people to compete while pretending to be positive-sum (note: it’s zero-sum) these PIP and performance ranking stack cultures are so toxic.
