I think if you look at it this way then "addiction" is just the far end of spectrum that includes any repeated behaviors whatsoever.

- pixl97 11mo agoWhy not, the term spectrum can go from 'not harmful at all' to 'kills you really damned fast. Life isn’t black and white and there are very wide ranges across people.
