They already have a Rust toolchain for every system Debian releases for. The only architectures they're arguing about are non-official Debian ports for "Alpha (alpha), Motorola 680x0 (m68k), PA-RISC (hppa), and SuperH (sh4)", two of which are so obscure I've never even heard of them and one of the others most famous for powering retro video game systems like Sega Genesis.
