Microsoft is speeding up the Teams desktop client for Windows
- vintagedave 11mo ago> "To achieve this, we're introducing a new child process named ms-teams_modulehost.exe that will handle the calling stack separately from the main application process (ms-teams.exe). This change optimizes resource usage and enhances meeting experiences." Nothing against multi-process models, though I note they're far more common on non-Windows, other than browsers. But why on earth is it necessary? I wish they'd give it a redesign building it the old fashioned way with the Windows API.
