Paved roads fails your test but we have those in abundance. I'm not sure this is a useful way to dismiss things.
- eternauta3k 11mo agoThe answer is transactions costs, many countries charge for roads where it's practical (not in the city).
- Zambyte 11mo agoWhat do you mean "not in the city"? Are you saying that NYCs congestion pricing is not practical?
