doesnt matter because windows can run even dos software out of the box its compability its one of the best

  Yes, sure. Which is why companies shipping old DOS games make them run in dosbox… Makes total sense. Could it be that windows isn't that compatible? After all no game from >10 years ago runs any longer.

      Yes on dosbox… try to run a directx6 game which won't run in dosbox but will need to rely on microsoft for compatibility and then let me know how it goes.
