What if a federal law is passed to make this illegal?
- toomuchtodo 11mo agoIgnore the law and tie it up in court until regime change? Something is only real or of concern if there are consequences. Words and opinions without force backing them are just words and opinions.

- zeroonetwothree 11mo agoWe have this thing called “federalism” which prevents that hypothetical law from being constitutional. The federal government cannot tell states how to spend their own money.
