- snypher 11mo agoI wonder if the aquifer capacity is depleted, does the now surplus rainfall cause surface flooding?
- OptionOfT 11mo agoRemember that draught severely diminishes the soil's ability to absorb water. So if it starts to rain it can be that instead of the water being absorbed, it just moves to a lower point.
