That's something to begin with.

Arguably not a recent phone (OnePlus 3), although I feel no pressure to upgrade. The current plan is to wait for first Google Pixel using RISC-V. Next year I would say it's fifty-fifty chance, informed by the switch to PowerVR GPU this year on their SoC, and next years expected general availability of RVA23 cores.
