I'm not blaming Biden at all. I'm just pointing out that a very important issue didn't see significant improvement during his administration. GP argued that women's desire to emigrate peaked during Biden. I suspect Biden's inability to fix this problem (which I have no doubt he would have fixed if he could), is a contributing factor.
