I know we're never going to fix this problem, but it's depressing how we seem to have made zero or negative progress on it.
- lapcat 11mo agoI wouldn't say we've made zero progress. There are always ups and downs, temporary wins and losses, but I think that over the long term, there's more skepticism and scrutiny now than in the past.
