I tried it on a couple of posts and, I'm sorry to say, it was disappointing. Like most AI, all it can do is regurgitate what it has already seen. It gave some incredibly generic titles and descriptions which were only tangentially related to the content. It also doesn't seem to respect robots.txt and other mechanisms for dissuading bot use.
