... ugh, they actually made an `o11[a-z]` abbreviation? When I picked this nick, the only term I ever saw in the wild was `i18n`.
- lelandfe 11mo agoK8s (Kubernetes), a11y (accessibility)... The kicker for me recently was hearing someone say "ally"

- scott_w 11mo agoI work in this area and even I don’t know what AuthC is!
- tgv 11mo agoThey are absurd abbreviations. The first distinguishing letter comes right after auth, so ... let's hide it?
- lelandfe 11mo agoThe other fun thing is that authC and authZ sound identical for certain accents
- echelon 11mo agoAuthN is supposed to mean authentication. The problem is that authorization also has an "n" in the word. Enter authC.
