- marshray 14y agoMS supplies the compiler, the runtime libs, and the operating system. What you mean by "have their code inside all binaries"?
- TooManyLiarz 14y agoThey are not letting people run binaries without their code running in the same process. They have in essence started outlawing unmanaged code. Some don't need or want their "management". They have convinced many that the other ways are inferior, but that is just liars convincing fools.
