- hexbin010 1y agoOh, yeah, such changes take months or years. I'm sure even today barely half the staff know about the change. Give it another 6 months... The railways in England and Wales are very adversarial. You have to do a lot of research and fight for your rights. It's about maximal revenue-extraction, not a customer-friendly experience.
