It's like being rickrolled. An article chats up a device as an awesome buy but has no links to buy one (even tho they're an affiliate publisher). Ditto for the article they linked to. Anyway, GSMArena device specs: https://www.gsmarena.com/hmd_touch_4g-14208.php https://www.gsmarena.com/hmd_touch_4g-14208.php Reddit hands on: https://old.reddit.com/r/dumbphones/comments/1o69beb/the_hmd_touch_4g/ https://old.reddit.com/r/dumbphones/comments/1o69beb/the_hmd... AmazonIndia: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0FSKWJX31 https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0FSKWJX31 ₹3,999 or fully impossible to buy in the US for $45.13 You can also not buy it from the manufacturer because it's out of stock. https://www.hmd.com/en_in/hmd-touch-4g https://www.hmd.com/en_in/hmd-touch-4g But if it was in stock, you need to "Enter PIN code to check availability" before you can buy anything. ex:https://www.hmd.com/en_in/hmd-150-music https://www.hmd.com/en_in/hmd-150-music No one is saying where you get a pin.

Looking at the locale in the url, I would suspect that is an Indian pincode (not unlike a us zip code). Try 560103 for bellanduru in Bangalore.
