Tokenize Airbnb rental equity. RWA options?
Folks, has anyone done or tried to put short-term rentals (STR) on-chain?
I'm looking to tokenize part of property ownership via SPV, to have on-chain lenders put money for yield.
Since traditional lenders have rigid terms, converting to RWA opens more opportunities.
Love to get any pointers.

- harishmaiyags 11mo agoagree. looking to avoid that model. no incentive for investors in staying, purely a trading/yield play.
