I think most of the OSS project should be a Open Source. But sadly, some of the projects are rant from others time and they've gone to close or non permissive.

I think most of the OSS project should be a Open Source. But sadly, some of the projects are rant from others time and they've gone to close or non permissive. (AGPL is great but "attitude" is bad, they're using LICENSE as a strategic way of Business.)
