I had kids shortly before HeraSight became available, unfortunately. Though I did do LifeView PGT, which screened for disease risk and mental retardation only. It would have been really nice to get a potential ~9 more IQ points in my children via HeraSight. There's no downside so everyone should be doing some sort of PGT screening; it requires IVF to be used so it eliminates the ~30% chance of miscarriage due to trisomy. The PGT itself is very cheap, the expense is in the IVF.
