In Spain we have 2 last names:
- first last name from last name first of the father.
- second last name from the last name first of the mother.
And with this method we have collisions.
In Portugal the last name come from the mothers.
- luckys 11mo agoIn Portugal you can have one or more last names, but the very last one will be from the father's side. Unless both parents have the same double-barreled name? Never seen that here.
