Crazy idea: Evaluate me based on my output and not which tools I use. If AI is the killer productivity boost you claim, then I'll have no choice in order to keep up.
- bubblelicious 11mo agoI think that’s perfectly fair. However, if you were leadership in this scenario, and you see people using various AI tools are systematically more productive then the people that aren’t, what would you do?
- CivBase 11mo agoAsk questions instead of making demands. Presumably you hired your engineers because they're smart. If you hired dumb engineers then you have a much bigger problem than a lack of AI utilization.
