- general1465 1y agoIt has been just fine in Eastern Europe until deregulation happened few years ago. Then rent skyrocketed.

- port11 1y agoI've posted this before, but rent control has been shown in some cities to be very effective. It's not a magic bullet, but can be combined effectively with supply-side solutions.
