Of those four, only really spinach would be considered "greens" I think.
- cbolton 1y agoAh interesting, I thought greens were all green vegetables. It's a bit of a moot point though, since the blog post is about edible plants in general.
- worldfoodgood 1y agoSure, but spinach, kale, mustard greens, chard, and arugula are all pretty wildly different. With different textures, flavors, and other things going on.
