How DMCA can take down code that was published in the web?
- plq 1y agoThe (non-existing) license doesn't say it was to be "published in the web"
- p0w3n3d 1y agoSo I can just write some html page, then watch for example archive.org archive it and BAM - you've just violated DCMA gimme monies?
- scosman 1y agoCopyrighted content is copyrighted content. It doesn’t matter if/how Apple published it, others don’t have a right to redistribute it without a license.
