We got sick of Roomba failures and switched to a Eufy, it's just absurdly better.
- sashk 11mo agoA few years ago, I bought a Eufy robot vacuum. Less than a year later, one of the wheels stopped working: a known issue caused by faulty gears. When I reached out to Eufy, they told me the product had been discontinued, no parts were available, and they wouldn’t honor the warranty. So be careful with them.
