- TheGateKeeper 14y agoFor people, yes. For government, it should be mandatory. The government's military? Sometimes.
- tedunangst 14y agoI partially (mostly?) agree, but for Obama to promote free speech while at the same time claiming the government has the right to remain silent is not some grand hypocrisy.
