- jdlshore 1y ago1. There’s no indication that AI is capable of doing so. 2. Outside of software, inventions have to be turned into physical things like power plants. That doesn’t happen overnight and is expensive. 3. The industry is already going through a power revolution in the form of battery + solar and it’s going to take a while for a new technology to climb the learning curve enough to be competitive. 4. What if AI gives us all a pony?
