I browse TikTok and Instagram anonymously. Does that mean I'm not using social media?
- stronglikedan 11mo agoIt means you're not using those sites socially, so you're not using social media, you're just browsing media.
- kelnos 11mo agoYou're not doing the "social" part of it, but, depending on how you browse, your habit might still be unhealthy, driven by the engagement/addiction algorithms. That's up for you to decide, though, of course.
