What I do is write plans that will be used by Claude Code when I'm at the desktop. I made a tool which lets me export my to do list into a markdown file, which I can feed to Claude later, along with context. Once I'm done with that I can just reimport the checklist to mark as done. You could probably do this on a synced Obsidian quite well.
