Well Trump did achieve getting the living hostages released. and some of the bodies of the deceased returned. Why did Hamas retrieve the hostage body from under the building rubble and then reburry in a freshly dug grave and then claim to "rediscover it" again... Do not get that .... I see that peoples opinions differ on many matters, and if both sides are not prepared to "draw a line" under past events and want peace, yes the fighting will eventually flare up/continue. seems to perpetuate.

Not all of the living hostages, no. Many of the Palestinian prisoners were executed in Israeli detainment before being handed over: https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/palestinian-bodies-released-israel-show-signs-torture https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/palestinian-bodies-releas... Israel will be hard-pressed to negotiate for peace when they execute more prisoners then the terrorists do. I was hoping Trump might change that, but it seems he doesn't notice or care.
