Sounds like skill issue. For me there is nothing more beautiful than fast active discussion about xyz. That's what's chatting about: people speak _together_, otherwise it's just slow slide show. Let be clear tho: I'm talking about positive mindset discussion and NOT shunning someone into silent submission. (That would be awful!)
