You can try Inkscape on Windows! It's the most crashy software I've used. It's crazy because I use Houdini and Blender, both far more complicated apps than Inkscape and they crash less. (Houdini is the second-most crashy app I've seen, and it's nothing compared to Inkscape at least on Windows.)
