They’re even being advised on how to use chatbots to learn how to deal with underperforming direct reports.” I could use a thought partner, but I find chat responses to be obnoxiously verbose and not very unique or nuanced or interesting. Any ideas of what I could be doing wrong? What is a “thought partner” in this case.
- jqpabc123 1y ago"It's a problem when the dogs won't eat the dog food." Have you considered the possibility that the dog food vendor knows their product is rotten but as long as people continue to buy into it, they'll keep making it?
