When you get a driver's license, for one.
- tracker1 1y agoI don't recall getting fingerprinted when I got my Driver's license or renewed, or even when I had to switch to a national id version for travel. I did get fingerprint registration while considering adoption with my ex-wife as part of the background check.
- voxic11 1y agoTexas takes the fingerprints of everyone who is issued a drivers license. In other states its usually only for commercial licenses.
- wildrhythms 1y agoI've lived in 6 different states and never once got fingerprinted when obtaining a driver's license.
