Could taking part in a boycott be considered freedom of speech under the 1st Amendment?

- ndsipa_pomu 1y agoI'm not a lawyer or an American, but I understood that the 1st Amendment wording specifically limits the rights of the government (including states) to limit free speech and doesn't mention the location or nationality of the target.
