I'd say we're still a long way from human level intelligence (can do everything I can do), which is what I think of as AGI, but in this case what matters is how OpenAI and/or their evaluation panel define it. OpenAI's definition used to be, maybe still is, "able to do most economically valuable tasks", which is so weak and vague they could claim it almost anytime.
