Suing someone because your product doesn't work correctly is diabolical. Instead of filing a lawsuit, they should have acknowledged the issue and released an upgrade to their locks.
- bdamm 1y agoAh, but the truth came out here; the can't sell a lock that is upgraded, because they already do sell one at a higher price. There are cheaper locks if you don't care to defend against shimming.
