This is a goto claim for AI PR, and like so much AI hype, it's bragging about something that has not been accomplished with no story supporting the expectation it can be accomplished.
Musk is the poster-child for hyperbolic promises, with his colonizing Mars insanity keeping buzz going for years whereas the most basic analysis of the idea reveals it is ludicrous empty posturing supported by rocket stunts.
There's a bigger weirder aspect of this hyperbole: Not only is fantasy promoted as real, but now--especially wrt politics and policy--the real is neglected as if it were fantasy.
The world has become what rich men say it is, and AI is a bulldozer for the spoken.
